New Master Franchisee Robert McKeowne Set to Lead Palm Beach Area

PALM BEACH, Florida (June XX, 2021) – Stratus Building Solutions, the nation’s leading green commercial cleaning franchise, is welcoming a new master franchisee in a major Florida market. Robert McKeowne agreed to a master franchise deal this spring to take ownership of the Palm Beach County area, working with unit franchise locations from communities from Vero Beach to Pompano Beach.

“I’m thrilled to join Stratus Building Solutions and continue growing the brand,” said McKeowne of his new endeavor. “There were several factors that attracted me to the company. The people I met have integrity and are very smart, and there was a good synergy with the leadership team and many of the franchise locations I spoke with throughout the process. I really like the business model and can’t wait to work with the unit franchisees in my new area.”

McKeowne, a New York native who previously worked in hospitality, will now oversee roughly three dozen existing Stratus Building Solutions locations. He said his decision was based on a combination of factors including both the business model and opportunities in a new region.

“The business model matters and when this opportunity came available, I knew it was right,” he said. “The unit franchisees are investing in their own livelihoods and take their businesses seriously. They do quality work for quality accounts here, and that’s a perfect situation. It came down to the best business opportunity and best location. This is it.”

McKeowne’s tenure with Stratus Building Solutions began effective June 1. His first several weeks taking over operations showed Stratus Building Solutions corporate office in Los Angeles what success lies ahead in Florida.

“We are always searching for dedicated, business-savvy operators to grow our brand,” said Stratus Building Solutions CEO Afshin Cangarlu. “Robert’s vision and passion for our business will surely set our locations in that region on a course to success, and we’re excited to see what they achieve moving forward.”
