“It’s a play on stratosphere,” Jarrett, the company’s CEO, explains. “There are other
people that do things similar to us, but we wanted to be in the stratosphere, being at the
top level from a quality standpoint. Stratus Building Solutions was just that. We wanted to

Jarrett, Frese scour country for new commercial cleaning franchise locations
Commercial cleaning franchisor Stratus Building Solutions’ motto is simple: “If it’s a business and it gets dirty, we can clean it.”
The motto has catapulted Stratus from $750,000 in revenue in 2005 to projected revenue of $25 million this year with global expansion on the horizon. CEO Dennis Jarrett said the company met its 2008 revenue goal of $10 million by the end of the first quarter.

The new center will be used to train executives preparing to open Stratus franchise operations throughout the country.
