The acquisition of Stratus Building Solutions was completed the beginning of February 2015. Three business partners Afshin Cangarlu, CEO, Foad Rekabi, CTO and Channen Smith, COO purchased the company and relocated the headquarters to Los Angeles, California. The three investors are current owners of numerous, successful Stratus Master Franchises across the country since 2008.
The new corporate ownership is determined to reestablish Stratus to its former glory. With introduction of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to help the master franchises manage their entire businesses from sales to operations, this new software application is already active in seven master regional offices and to be installed in the remaining offices through the summer. In addition, the new Stratus corporate office has plans for marketing and re-branding the company, and demonstrated dedication to provide the best support possible to its master offices.
