Stratus Building Solutions, a Los Angeles based franchisor of commercial cleaning and janitorial services entered the New Orleans metropolitan market by awarding a new Regional Master Franchise to Michael Seiler (Michael J. Seiler and Associates, LLC), d.b.a Stratus Building Solutions of New Orleans. Currently present in 26 US metropolitan locations and Canada, this is the first regional expansion for the franchisor under the new ownership of the franchising corporate headquarters.
Seiler boasts more than 30 years of experience, with direct association as a previous franchise owner and regional director in one of Stratus’ direct-competitors.

The opening of the New Orleans regional office marks the official beginning of an aggressive growth plan introduced under the new Stratus Building Solutions ownership with a goal of 42 new offices across the United States and Canada by 2021. This follows the announcement of the franchise system’s expansion into Canada back in March of this year.
