Eduardo’s professional background entails over 20 years as a senior leader in the commercial packaged goods industry including but not limited to Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company and most recently Kraft Foods and Mondelez. Both he and his wife, Carolina, come from engineering and business backgrounds. Co-owner Maria Nigro, will be providing notable management and operations experience developed in the hospitality industry.
